We encourage investigators who are interested in exploring the SQMC’s services to contact us early in the study design process. However, we are available for any stage of the study process. To provide services to match your needs, your request will initiate the following steps:

1. Project Assessment

Through an initial project assessment process, we work with investigators to determine the project’s overall scope and range of services needed. Most proposals undergo scientific review by the Core’s survey and qualitative research scientists/methodologists to ensure that services are tailored to projects’ scientific needs and budget constraints.

2. Proposal

A detailed scope of services and estimate of costs is provided for review and acceptance or revision.

3. Implementation

After acceptance of the proposal, projects are assigned to SQMC staff members with the appropriate expertise.
